1. Fulfillment by Brand Owners

We are not the shipper. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the brand you Purchase.
 

2. Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information is provided (when available). We are not responsible for lost packages, delays, or carrier-related damages.
 

3. Shipping Issues

Any shipping concerns (wrong item, damage) must be addressed directly with the shipping provider used UPS or USPS. We can assist in communication but do not handle replacements or claims.
